PSI-691 Primer 

PSI-691 is a single-component, high solids, clear amber solution used as a primer to provide high strength adhesion for PSI silicone sealants on porous substrates such as concrete, masonry, marble, and wood substrates.

PSI-691 can also be used to firm up friable or sandy concrete, brick, or stone prior to caulking.
