PSI-641 Low Modulus Silicone Sealant

Technical Data

PSI-641 is a neutral-cure RTV sealant with exceptional extension/compression recovery characteristics, making it the silicone of choice for dynamic movement. Upon curing it forms a durable, flexible, watertight bond virtually unaffected by long-term exposure to rain, snow, sleet, ice, sunlight, ultraviolet radiation and atmospheric pollution.

PSI-641 has excellent primerless adhesion to most common materials, including concrete, masonry, glass, many metals, wood, ceramic and most plastics. It is not intended for structural applications

Benefits:

Excellent weatherability and durability.

         •   Non-corrosive.
         •   Accommodates joint movement of ±50%.
         •

All-temperature gunnability with long tooling time.

         •   Meets Federal Specs TT-S-001543A and TT-S-00230C, ASTM C920-95, CAN/CGSB 19.13-M87. (see data sheet for details).
